A valid and working e-mail address
A complete list of all participants in your studio or performance
Accurate birth dates for each participant in your studio
A audio file for each registered act in MP3 or AAC format
A valid major credit card or checking account

We have made some great changes to our registration process, as well as adding some new features and categories:
Registration System
We have migrated using the TourPro registration system. This will streamline the entire registration process, and all previous system registration has been carried over if you have competed with us in the last 3 years.

All of our photos and videos are royalty free for non-commercial use and contain no digital rights management restrictions. Share your files with your friends, family and post on social media at no additional charge!
Streamlined Ordering & Fulfillment
Our Media Package is produced in-house and added to our photo and video sales portal within 7 days of your event, allowing you to access it from a web browser or download to share with each act’s performers.
High Quality Prints & Custom Gift Items
In conjunction with our media hosting partner Zenfolio, we are now able to offer high-quality prints in a variety of sizes as well as beautiful large-format ink-jet artwork on canvas. Place your dancer on our custom phone cases, apparel, mugs and more! You can easily add them to your shopping cart along with our digital downloads.

Please note that for the protection of the student and choreographers, we require and access code before any purchase can be made. Access codes are emailed to the studio representative when the media comes on-line. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

For 2022 we are continuing all new age divisions for solos. By breaking ages into eight divisions, dancers will be judged more accurately and create a more fair and competitive atmosphere for everyone!
